Optional WhatsApp communication
WhatsApp is an optional third-party communication channel. Selecting the WhatsApp button transfers you to WhatsApp, where WhatsApp and Meta process the conversation under their own privacy terms. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking details, identification, income records, or financial documents through WhatsApp. Structured mortgage information should continue through approved mortgage systems.
Sharing
Information may be shared with authorized staff and service providers only as needed for the requested next step and subject to final production policies.
